Built Around Your Business, Not a Generic Template

We begin with the process, expertise, users, and outcomes that make your company different. DoneDock turns them into a purpose-built application with the right workflows, roles, business rules, and user experience for the way your team actually operates.

From Expertise to a Complete Hosted Application

Turn a proven service, operating method, or internal process into software your employees or customers can use. DoneDock combines AI, structured workflows, data, permissions, and a polished interface in one hosted application.

AI That Operates Across Real Workflows

Your application can interpret documents, conversations, and business data; identify what needs attention; prepare the next action; and keep each case moving toward a verified outcome. Deterministic rules handle calculations, deadlines, permissions, and workflow state where precision matters.

Human Approval Where It Matters

AI can extract, analyze, draft, and coordinate, while your team remains in control of consequential decisions. DoneDock supports review queues, approvals, escalations, audit trails, and clear ownership so automation strengthens professional judgment rather than replacing it.

Hosted, Secure, and Ready to Evolve

Launch without assembling a new engineering stack. DoneDock provides the application foundation, workflow runtime, integrations, AI orchestration, permissions, and operational controls, then evolves as your process, data, and customer needs change.

Security and Control Built Into Every Application

DoneDock applications are designed with secure authentication, encryption, role-based access, customer data isolation, audit trails, and infrastructure safeguards. Access to connected systems and data is limited to the permissions required for the application, with human controls and approval steps configured for each use case.

DoneDock can work with business software, APIs, databases, documents, email, messaging platforms, vector stores, public or private MCP servers, and multiple AI providers. We use pre-built connectors where available and custom integrations where necessary.

How DoneDock Uses Connected Services Data

Connected Email Services:

Connecting an email account is optional. When an application requires email access, DoneDock requests only the permissions needed for the approved features. These permissions may allow the application to read relevant messages and attachments, prepare drafts, or send messages through an authorized workflow.

The exact permissions and approval rules are disclosed before the connection is enabled. DoneDock does not delete messages, modify labels, or change account settings unless a customer explicitly authorizes a feature that requires that access.

Other Connected Services and Data Sources:

Depending on the application, DoneDock may connect to business software, messaging platforms, file storage, databases, APIs, financial-data providers, or other services. Before connection, the customer or authorized user is informed about the provider, the data requested, and the permissions required.

Connected data is processed only to operate the application and workflows the customer has authorized, such as retrieving records, detecting relevant events, preparing actions, synchronizing approved results, or providing the requested analysis.

DoneDock does not sell connected-service data or use it for advertising. Connections may be revoked through the relevant provider or application settings, and requests concerning stored data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
