Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your access to and use of DoneDock, including task automation workflows, AI-assisted features, custom workflow tools, APIs, connected accounts, integrations, and any content or data you submit to or generate through the service.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your workflows, prompts, inputs, connected accounts, outputs, automations, instructions, schedules, and actions taken through your account. You must review AI-generated output and automated actions before relying on them where accuracy, timing, permissions, safety, or legal compliance matters.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use DoneDock to:

  • violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
  • access, collect, alter, delete, export, or transmit data without proper authorization;
  • create, facilitate, or disguise phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, bot abuse, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or other security abuse;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, defame, discriminate against, or otherwise harm another person or group;
  • create or distribute content involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, human trafficking, or instructions for violent wrongdoing;
  • automate financial, legal, medical, employment, housing, insurance, education, or similar high-impact decisions without appropriate human review and legal authority;
  • manipulate social media, communications, reviews, rankings, votes, metrics, or public discourse in a deceptive or coordinated inauthentic way;
  • impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, or send deceptive communications;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights;
  • bypass usage limits, security controls, safety filters, payment controls, access restrictions, rate limits, or account eligibility requirements;
  • use DoneDock or its outputs to develop competing services by scraping, bulk extracting, or reverse engineering the service; or
  • use DoneDock in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or any third-party system.

3. Connected services and data

You may only connect accounts, APIs, data sources, files, channels, inboxes, payment tools, storage systems, social accounts, and other services that you have permission to use. You are responsible for complying with each third-party provider's terms and policies.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable workflows, suspend integrations, throttle usage, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information, or report activity to authorities where appropriate. We may also require you to correct workflow behavior or provide evidence of authorization before restoring access.
